Fore! Inktober 2019

Happy Inktober!

Let’s get this party started!

Suzette Who Set To Sea

Matthew

Character sketch for Matthew, of the picture book, The Worst Christmas Ever. Probably the most fun part of telling a story visually is defining what specific characters will look like in context of the story being told.

Jasper

This is a character sketch of Jasper, from the about to be released picture book, The Worst Christmas Ever.

Autumn Leaves

Having grown up in the Midwest, I’ll always have a special place in my heart for the fall season. This illustration was painted as one of the spreads in the book, The Worst Christmas Ever. Although it never made it into the book, it remains one of my favorites.

Good things come in medium size boxes…

Fireflies — Inspired by actual events.
